BEST EVER SUGAR COOKIE FROSTING
3 Tbsp Meringue Powder
6-7 tsp warm water
16 oz powdered sugar
Gradually add the water, beat 10 minutes until soft peaks form.
** I love this frosting, because it hardens and makes giving sugar cookis at christmas easy, the frosting doesn't get everywhere!**
