BAKED MASHED POTATOES

4 c hot mashed potatoes (it's ok to cheat and use instant!)
3 oz cream cheese
1 egg, beaten
1-2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup butter

Mix all the ingredients into the hot mashed potatoes. Pour into a buttered casserold, either a 8x8 baking dish, or a round souffle dish. Bake at 350 or so until it's puffed up and golden brown, about 30 minutes.
